Using Tumbles World

Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026

These Terms govern your use of TumblesWorld.com and the Tumbles World services operated by Monster Society Publishing. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and family use

Accounts, purchases, profile management, and consent decisions are for adults who are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a child’s use of Tumbles World through that adult’s account and for deciding which experiences are appropriate for the child.

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You may not share credentials in a way that defeats account or family protections.

Current and upcoming features

Some products and experiences shown on Tumbles World are previews or are marked “Coming Soon.” Displaying a planned product, price, membership, book benefit, conversation experience, or feature is not a promise that it is currently available or that it will launch unchanged. The terms presented at purchase or activation will control that transaction.

Purchases, shipping, and returns

When checkout becomes available, prices, taxes, shipping charges, delivery estimates, availability, and any product-specific restrictions will be shown during checkout. Payment may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Physical products may be printed or fulfilled by third parties.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious price error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or an inability to fulfill it. Applicable return, replacement, and refund terms will be displayed before or with the purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

Talk With Tumbles

Talk With Tumbles is planned and is not currently available for live conversations. If launched, it will be an automated character experience intended for imagination and entertainment with appropriate family supervision. It is not a person, teacher, therapist, medical provider, emergency service, or source of professional advice. Responses may be incomplete, mistaken, unexpected, or inappropriate despite safety measures.

The account holder must control access and should remain available during a child’s use. Do not use the experience for an emergency or provide passwords, addresses, school names, health details, financial information, or other sensitive information. Time limits, book benefits, purchased Talk Time, safety controls, and technical requirements shown when the feature launches will form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Tumbles World unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm, threaten, exploit, or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to bypass parental controls, account limits, purchase rules, security, or access restrictions.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except where law expressly permits.
• Upload malicious code or use automated systems to obtain content or interfere with other users.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, or create unauthorized derivative uses of Tumbles World content.

Books, characters, and other content

Tumbles World, its characters, stories, illustrations, logos, designs, audio, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Monster Society Publishing and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, noncommercial, nontransferable right to use available services and purchased materials as intended. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Third-party services and links

Tumbles World may rely on or link to services operated by others, including authentication, social sign-in, payments, printing, fulfillment, hosting, and communication providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service changes and account action

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue a feature for safety, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. We may restrict or terminate access when an account materially violates these Terms or creates risk to users or the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Tumbles World is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every child or purpose. Product warranties and consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Monster Society Publishing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms as services develop. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may receive additional notice. Questions may be sent to legal@monstersocietypublishing.com.
