Your family’s information

Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

Monster Society Publishing operates Tumbles World. This policy explains what information we collect through TumblesWorld.com, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to parents and other users.

Our approach to families

Tumbles World is designed for families, but account creation, purchases, profile management, and privacy choices are managed through the main account. Children should use interactive features only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow a child to create a standalone account.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create or use an account, we may receive your name, email address, authentication identifier, sign-in status, and basic profile information. Passwords and social sign-in credentials are handled by our authentication providers and are not displayed to Tumbles World.

Optional profiles

A signed-in account holder may create an optional profile using a display name and birthday month and day. We do not request a birth year for these profiles. The account holder can review, update, deactivate, or delete a profile from My Tumbles World. A profile may be used consistently across personalized Tumbles experiences, including Talk With Tumbles and Tumbles Clubhouse. Please use a nickname or first name rather than a full legal name.

Store, book, and membership information

As purchasing and registration features become available, we may process product selections, orders, shipping details, payment status, refunds, registered-book claims, memberships, entitlements, and support history. Payment card details will be collected and processed by a payment provider such as Stripe rather than stored directly by Tumbles World. Fulfillment information may be shared with a printing or fulfillment provider such as Bookvault when necessary to complete an order.

Technical and communication information

We may collect browser and device information, IP address, timestamps, security and diagnostic events, cookie or session identifiers, pages requested, and messages you send to support. If you subscribe to updates, we collect the email address and communication preferences you provide.

Google and social sign-in data

If you choose Google sign-in, we request only the basic information needed to identify and secure your account, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and email-verification status. We do not request access to Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or email content. We use Google account data only to provide and protect the sign-in and account features you request.

Talk With Tumbles

Talk With Tumbles is a planned, account-controlled feature and is not currently available for live conversations. If launched, spoken input may need to be transmitted to carefully selected service providers to recognize speech, generate an age-appropriate response, support safety, and deliver the experience. We will publish clear notice about audio, transcript, safety-review, retention, and deletion practices before enabling the feature. Where required, we will obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child.

We do not intend to use a child’s voice or conversations for advertising, sell them, or make them publicly available. Account holders will control access, available conversation time, and associated profiles. Families should not share full names, addresses, school names, passwords, health information, or other sensitive details during a conversation.

How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, secure, and maintain Tumbles World services.
  • Authenticate account holders and connect their purchases, books, memberships, and profiles.
  • Process orders, provide fulfillment, respond to support requests, and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Communicate service information and, with permission, send Tumbles World news or offers.
  • Understand reliability and improve features using appropriately limited operational information.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect users, Tumbles World, and the public.

When we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Authentication providers, including Auth0 and Google when you select Google sign-in.
  • Hosting, database, security, email, analytics, and customer-support providers.
  • Payment, printing, shipping, and fulfillment providers when those services are activated.
  • Conversation and safety technology providers if Talk With Tumbles launches under the safeguards above.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use profile information for targeted advertising.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar storage needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and essential site operation. Social sign-in providers may set their own cookies under their policies. We will provide additional choices before using nonessential advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing an account, fulfilling orders, resolving disputes, maintaining security records, and meeting legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Parent and user choices

An account holder may ask to access, correct, or delete their account information or a profile, withdraw consent where applicable, or stop further collection associated with a child. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, security, fraud prevention, or law. You may also unsubscribe from promotional email using the message instructions or by contacting us.
